The festival menu includes:
- chilled white asparagus soup with lovage oil and a kale crisp,
- local trout fillet with new potatoes and asparagus in butter,
- salad with grilled asparagus, burrata, compressed watermelon, honey-mustard dressing and roasted peanuts,
- a bagel with a fried egg, pickled asparagus, raspberry tomato, baby spinach and hollandaise sauce,
- papardelle in a butter sauce with asparagus, mussels, cherry tomatoes, chilli and Parmesan,
- asparagus pudding with chia and fruit.
