– A 27-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County and his 20-year-old colleague, a resident of Lwówek County, have been charged with fuel theft – reports Police Inspector Agnieszka Goguł, press officer of the County Police Headquarters in Zgorzelec. – Additionally, the older of the two was charged with driving a vehicle despite a court-imposed driving ban.
Zgorzelec detectives proved that the two accomplices had stolen fuel worth more than PLN 1,000. Both suspects could now face a prison sentence of between three months and as many as five years.
