The incident occurred on Thursday, April 14, after 7:00 p.m., in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki. Police determined that the 19-year-old driver of a BMW failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions and hit a pothole.
Fortunately, nothing more serious happened to the young resident of Bolesławiec. The man was fined.
