During the ceremonial formation, the commander of the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment in Bolesławiec, Col. Marek Wasielewski, presented appointment certificates to graduates of non-commissioned officer courses. In his address, the commander stressed that the non-commissioned officer corps is a very important link in the training and command system.
At the end, Col. M. Wasielewski congratulated all those appointed on their effort and wished the “new” corporals success, satisfaction in carrying out their duties, and soldiers’ good fortune in their new service positions.
The ceremony concluded with a parade by the subunits.
