The incident took place during the night of March 29–30 on the A4 motorway. After 1:00 a.m., the driver, a 19-year-old woman from Lubań County, lost control of the vehicle and hit crash barriers.
Four people were traveling in the car; one of the passengers was injured. He was transported to a hospital in Bolesławiec. Fortunately, he did not suffer any more serious injuries. (The incident was classified as a collision).
The case will ultimately be decided in court.
