Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn detained a man who started arguments and humiliated members of his family. For more than 3 years, the perpetrator abused his mother, brothers and niece.
Neither the police officers nor the prosecutor had any doubts that the suspect should be isolated from the victims.
Investigators gathered extensive evidence, on the basis of which the court decided to apply pre-trial detention to the resident of Gromadka municipality for a period of 3 months.
The suspect faces up to 8 years in prison.
