The incident took place at the beginning of February, right in front of the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec. It was dark outside, and it had rained earlier.
The police officers were turning left from Parkowa Street onto Zygmunta Augusta Street. At that time, one person was crossing at the pedestrian crossing on a green light. The police car hit the person, who fell onto the road. The police vehicle was not using its lights.

“In connection with the road incident, its course and circumstances have been established. The perpetrator was a young officer, who was fined PLN 2,500. The person involved in the incident did not suffer any injuries,” says the Bolesławiec police spokeswoman, asp. szt. Anna Kublik-Rościszewska.
