The incident, recorded by a reader, took place on Friday at around 2:40 p.m. On the city bypass on Wróblewski Street, a cyclist recklessly crossed the road at an unauthorized location. The reader described the situation as follows:
The man, who does not care that the pedestrian crossing is 20 metres away, prefers to cross the road between cars, stepping out from behind one lorry and walking in front of another lorry.
Indeed, the video shows the cyclist stepping out from behind one lorry and entering the lane in which another lorry was approaching him.
This was irresponsible behaviour and a violation of traffic regulations.
