Bolesławiec traffic police, patrolling the Nowogrodziec municipality, stopped a vehicle for inspection that was speeding at 163 km/h in a place where the limit is 90 km/h.
The passenger car was being driven by a 43-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County. The man explained that he was hurrying home.
The speedster received a PLN 2,500 fine and 10 penalty points.
