Bolesławiec criminal investigators detained a 39-year-old man suspected of misappropriating a phone. KPP:
The victim left her phone in a store. The perpetrator took advantage of the situation and took someone else’s property.
The suspect explained to the officers that his phone was damaged, so he decided to take advantage of the opportunity.
The Bolesławiec resident now faces up to three years in prison.
