The incident occurred on Sunday, March 6. Volunteer firefighters from Różyniec:
5:09 p.m. – dispatch to a road accident on the A4, at kilometer 55 in the direction of Zgorzelec. When two crews arrived at the scene, it turned out that a passenger car carrying five people had been involved in the incident.
They added:
Our actions consisted of securing the scene, providing first aid, and disconnecting the battery.
Firefighters from JRG Bolesławiec and OSP Różyniec, two emergency medical teams, and the police took part in the operation. The police are investigating the circumstances and causes of the incident.

Police determined that the Toyota’s driver, a 27-year-old Moldovan citizen, failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions, left the motorway, and rolled over.
Two people suffered minor injuries. (The incident was classified as a collision.) The perpetrator was fined.
