Bolesławiec police officers established the whereabouts of a man wanted by an arrest warrant issued by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Legnica. KPP Bolesławiec:
The 38-year-old used a forged document certifying his employment and earnings in order to obtain a financial benefit. By misleading a bank employee, he obtained a loan of PLN 17,000.
The man was detained in Warta Bolesławiecka Municipality and taken to the prosecutor’s office. Let us recall that fraud is punishable by a prison sentence of between six months and as many as eight years.
