Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn intervened against an intoxicated driver whose further journey was prevented by a resident of Bolesławiec County. – During the intervention, the 34-year-old tried to force the police officers to discontinue their official duties by threatening to cause them bodily harm and take their lives, and he insulted the uniformed officers by abusing them and using vulgar language – reports asp. szt. The suspect was detained. He heard two charges:
- driving while intoxicated,
- insulting officers and unlawfully influencing their official duties through threats.
The detainee faces up to three years in prison.
