The incident occurred on Sunday, 12 December, at around 7:00 p.m. on the A4 motorway. The driver of a Land Rover, a 52-year-old Chinese national, failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions and hit the back of a Mazda.
Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. The foreign national from China was fined.
