Please write a few sentences about the spring “clean-up” carried out every year by allotment holders behind Staroszkolna Street (behind the bypass). The rudeness and stupidity of these “clean freaks” tidying their allotments and throwing all the rubbish and dirt onto the area next to the allotments have become unbearable! This happens every spring and is “supplemented” throughout the summer and autumn. It is no longer possible to put up with this mess! Perhaps some public condemnation or effective intervention by the Municipal Guard would finally teach these slobs to keep things tidy.
