Bags of waste were abandoned in a forest near Łaziska, on the site of former allotments. A reader:
Someone took the waste out of the machine... and instead of returning it or throwing it into a container, transported everything to the forest!
She also added:
It is hard to even comprehend the audacity and thoughtlessness of such behavior. (...) instead of taking it to the appropriate collection point or putting it in the yellow container, someone loaded it into a car and abandoned it in the forest!
The woman also pointed out that this was probably not an isolated incident:
Maybe someone will deal with this, because recently there was only one bag; you can see that someone keeps adding to it.
We have written many times in these pages about the mess people leave in various places throughout our county. We have also often asked for comment when the matter concerned the City of Ceramics—either the municipal police or the Municipal Housing Management Office. We understand that this problem cannot be completely eliminated. We know that the services cannot be on duty in one place around the clock.
So perhaps it is worth ONCE AGAIN—certainly rather naively—appealing to residents to respect the common good and not litter forests or any public space. We appeal to the manager to take action.
