Used car tires, bags, mattresses and other waste were dumped by someone in Warta Bolesławiecka, near the road leading to the mill. The reader points out that this has already happened several times in the same place and adds:
Let us thank our authorities, firstly for raising waste collection fees, and secondly for the lack of places where such waste can be disposed of.
The man claims that he reported the problem to the forest district office, asking for cameras to be installed at the location, but so far nothing has been done about it.
