Waste was dumped in a forest belonging to Nadleśnictwo Lwówek Śląski. Instead of being taken to the appropriate facility, the waste was abandoned in a green area.
Nadleśnictwo Lwówek Śląski is already aware of the matter. As Wojciech Grzywa from the Lwówek forest district told us, steps are currently being taken to establish who is responsible for transporting the waste to the forest:
“We also received information about this waste. Explanatory work is currently under way to identify the perpetrator. We will be able to provide a broader comment once the proceedings have concluded.”
For now, it is not known who left the waste in the forest or exactly when it was transported there.
The forest district is conducting an explanatory investigation.
