He forcibly pulled a driver from his car, kicked him and stole his vehicle. He is under arrest

Officers from Bolesławiec County detained a man suspected of committing robbery. The incident occurred in the municipality of Nowogrodziec.

KPP Bolesławiec:

The 28-year-old attacked the victim, who was in his car. Using physical force, he pulled the victim from the vehicle, knocked him to the ground and kicked him all over his body. He then stole the vehicle.

The aggressor, a 28-year-old resident of the municipality of Nowogrodziec, was detained. The stolen property was recovered.

At the prosecutor's request, the court remanded the 28-year-old in custody for three months. The suspect faces a prison sentence of between two and up to twelve years.
