Officers from Legnica, serving in the Bolesławiec area, noticed on one of the city’s streets a vehicle whose driver was not wearing a seat belt. When the officers signaled for the car to stop, the man behind the wheel accelerated and began to flee, disregarding various traffic regulations. The chase moved outside the city, where the driver, traveling along dirt roads, hoped to “lose” the police car.
