The incident took place on Tuesday, 23 January, at night, in one of the stores in the centre of Bolesławiec. Three people entered the store and decided to take advantage of the fact that the shop assistant was in the back room. While two of them held the door shut, preventing the employee from leaving, the third robber stole money from the cash register.
Fortunately, the woman was not hurt. Efforts are underway to establish the thieves’ identities and arrest them. They could face between six months and up to eight years in prison. (All three will be charged with brazen theft.)
