– Today’s figures, when it comes to the daily number of infections, show a new trend. Until now, we had observed a decrease in the daily number of infections. Today’s figure of 2,500 cases may seem small, but I would like to remind you that this is the number reporting actual cases from Sunday. It is more than one hundred higher than the number reported a week ago,” said Health Minister Adam Niedzielski during Monday’s press conference.
He added:
I would not want Krupówki to become the beginning of the third wave of the pandemic. Over the weekend, we saw scenes that are difficult even to comment on.
