The incident occurred on Friday, February 5, before 3:00 p.m. Three vehicles collided on national road No. 94, between Brzeźnik and Parzyce: two cars and a van. One person was injured.

According to police findings, the driver of a VW Tansporter, a 26-year-old Ukrainian citizen, failed to maintain a safe distance from the VW Caddy ahead, driven by a 29-year-old resident of Zgorzelec County.
The 26-year-old caused a collision, and the struck VW Caddy then hit a Nissan Maxima driven by a 36-year-old from Kraków County. The person responsible for the collision, a 26-year-old Ukrainian citizen, was fined.
