The incident occurred on Wednesday, January 20, at the intersection of Polna and Chrobrego streets in Bolesławiec. After 12:00 p.m., the driver of a Fiat, a 33-year-old resident of Lubusz Voivodeship, failed to yield the right of way to a 65-year-old cyclist from Bolesławiec.
A collision occurred. Fortunately, the Bolesławiec resident did not suffer any more serious injuries. The person responsible for the collision was fined.
