The incident occurred during the night of January 13–14 on Piastów Street in Bolesławiec. Officers stopped a 19-year-old woman driving a Toyota. Suspecting that the resident of Bolesławiec was drunk, they wanted to test her with a breathalyzer. However, she refused. Her blood was therefore drawn for testing.
If it turns out that the teenager was driving while intoxicated, she could face up to two years in prison.
