Each volunteer had to complete the entire induction process, meeting in turn with, among others, representatives of the unit’s personnel, financial and educational departments, as well as a psychological-prevention consultant and a doctor. In addition, each received the necessary equipment and uniform. Upon beginning training as part of preparatory service, all volunteers receive the title of trainee.

The volunteers now face nearly four weeks of intensive training, which will open the way to professional military service. Training as part of the first course will conclude with a ceremonial military oath on 6 February, preceded by final examinations.

23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment:

The current candidates for military service are characterized by strong motivation for demanding training. The main reasons for deciding to undergo training include the desire to test themselves, gain new experience, pursue personal development and, most importantly, a sense of patriotism—the desire to serve their homeland. We wish all the inducted trainees strength and perseverance in pursuing their intended goals!
