Dear Sir or Madam,
from the new year 2021, new local legislation concerning the collection of municipal waste from uninhabited properties will apply in Bolesławiec.From 1 January 2021 (i.e. schools, cultural and healthcare institutions, allotment gardens, and businesses—individuals and legal entities), they will no longer pay the municipality a fee for municipal waste management.
Pursuant to Resolution No. XXIII/267/2020 of the Bolesławiec City Council of 28 October 2020, there will be an obligation to conclude an agreement with a company providing services in this area, holding the relevant permits and approvals and entered in the register of regulated activities concerning the collection of municipal waste.
