The incident occurred on Friday, December 18, at one of the most accident-prone intersections in the City of Ceramics, namely the Góralska–Staszica intersection. The Volkswagen driver, a 66-year-old resident of Warta Bolesławiecka municipality, failed to yield to a Peugeot driven by a 63-year-old resident of Bolesławiec.
Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. The person responsible for the collision was fined.
