The 46-year-old resident of Warta Bolesławiecka municipality was driving with 1.8 per mille of alcohol in his exhaled air. In addition, while driving in a built-up area, the man exceeded the speed limit by more than 40 km/h.
The reckless driver has already lost his driving licence. He now additionally faces up to two years behind bars.
