Capt. Agnieszka Kozik of the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment in Bolesławiec:
The primary aim of the two-day course was to prepare squad commanders to organize and conduct scheduled training sessions and to serve as instructors at teaching stations during classes. The course was attended by professional privates who will soon receive appointment documents for the first NCO rank.
On the first day, the trainees took part in methodological demonstration classes and instructor-methodological sessions covering subjects including gunnery training, general air defense, combat operations on equipment, and tactics.
In addition, during group methodological classes, the NCO candidates had the opportunity to develop work plans and improve their skills in maintaining training records at squad level.
The instructor-methodological course concluded with a test of knowledge of the “Instruction on Training and Methodological Activities” and the “Training Program for WRiA Subunits,” which made it possible to assess the substantive preparation of the future squad commanders.
Capt. A. Kozik adds:
Summing up the training, the commander of the 3rd Rocket Artillery Squadron assessed the achievement of the objectives, presented the results attained by the course participants, and then specified tasks to be carried out in further training activities.
