As reported by the Ministry of Health, 1,035 new SARS-CoV-2 infections were recorded in Lower Silesia. This is a significant decrease, although there is definitely no reason for excessive optimism, as our voivodeship ranked fourth in this respect:

we have 1,035 new coronavirus infection cases in Lower Silesia. The newly diagnosed people are from Wrocław, Wałbrzych, Legnica and Jelenia Góra, as well as the following counties: Bolesławiec, Dzierżoniów, Głogów, Jawor, Jelenia Góra, Kamienna Góra, Kłodzko, Legnica, Lubań, Lubin, Milicz, Oleśnica, Oława, Polkowice, Strzelin, Środa Śląska, Świdnica, Trzebnica, Wałbrzych, Wołów, Wrocław, Ząbkowice Śląskie, Zgorzelec and Złotoryja.

The total number of people infected with coronavirus in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship: 63,266.

Current data for the Lower Silesian Voivodeship:

  • number of people subject to quarantine or isolation: 42,413,
  • number of people under epidemiological supervision: 2,094,
  • number of people hospitalized: 1,623,
  • number of people who have recovered from COVID-19: 35,525.
