The Fire Direction Training codenamed NAWAŁA-20, conducted by the regiment commander, made it possible to test the performance of subunits in daytime and nighttime conditions.

Live-fire exercises are one of the key elements of artillery training. As part of the Fire Direction Training, the coordination of all elements of the combat formation in the fire-control process is tested: from detecting the target and developing firing data to engaging the target and assessing the effects.

After receiving tasks from the training director, Col. Marek Wasielewski, the exercising commanders of 1 das and 3 dar moved to the designated area, where, against the backdrop of the assumed tactical situation, they began carrying out tactical and fire missions during the day and in conditions of limited visibility.

Alongside conducting fire operations, the subunits carried out tasks related to combat support and responded to a series of simulated incidents, whose resolution and response time were assessed by the training management.

The training concluded with the movement of forces and equipment to the garrison and equipment servicing.
