The incident occurred on Wednesday, October 28, at around 4:00 p.m., in Otok. The driver of a Renault, a 72-year-old resident of Lubań County, improperly attempted to pass a vehicle standing at the right edge of the road. She collided with a Volkswagen driven by a 20-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County.
The young man was injured. He was taken to hospital with a chest injury.
