A bill on counteracting crisis situations related to the coronavirus has been submitted to the Sejm of the Republic of Poland. In the bill, as “Super Express” reports:
[...] there is a provision stating that the fine could amount to as much as PLN 1,000. The proposals [...] submitted by the applicant also indicate that money from fines for not wearing a mask, which would be governed by the expanded Article 116, could be allocated to the NFZ funds.
If this provision enters into force, the penalty for not putting on a mask will increase as much as twofold. What do you think? Join the discussion.
