From October 8, 2020, until further notice, the Municipal Office is available exclusively by prior telephone appointment

DEAR RESIDENTS. I HEREBY INFORM YOU that, due to the significant increase in the number of confirmed COVID-19 infections, from October 8, 2020, until further notice, I AM SUSPENDING in-person visits at the Warta Bolesławiecka Municipal Office and the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Warta Bolesławiecka.

The performance of tasks is limited to those necessary to provide assistance to citizens in the following areas:

1) civil status registration,
2) population records and identity cards,
3) social welfare,
4) municipal services (waste management, burials),
5) architectural administration, including extracts and copies from spatial development plans and documentation necessary for ongoing construction projects,
6) environmental protection, including environmental decisions, the removal of trees and shrubs, and water-law permits.

All matters in the above areas should be handled after being initiated by telephone (electronically or by fax). Documents ready for collection will be issued in the entrance area of the Municipal Office building. In urgent matters, please contact the following telephone numbers:
