The incident occurred on Monday, October 5, before noon, on the road between Tomaszów Bolesławiecki and Kruszyn. Two Mercedes vehicles collided: a van and a passenger car. One person was injured and taken to hospital.
Update
The passenger car, driven by a 37-year-old woman, was overtaking a column of vehicles when it hit a van turning left, driven by a 53-year-old man.
As if that were not enough, due to roadworks on the A4 motorway (near Krzyżowa, in the direction of Zgorzelec), traffic from the motorway is partially diverted onto national road No. 94, causing massive traffic jams on the Okmiany–Bolesławiec section.
