Bolesławiec criminal investigators identified three men suspected of committing two crimes in Bolesławiec County.

KPP Bolesławiec:

The first incident took place in Bolesławiec. The perpetrators entered a store through the roof to steal power tools. Although they had already prepared their loot, they did not steal it because they were frightened away.

The 37-year-old and his 38-year-old accomplice were charged with attempted burglary.

The second crime took place on the night of September 6–7 in Bolesławiec Municipality. The perpetrators—also entering through the building’s roof—got inside the store and stole several dozen bottles of alcohol.

Officers found the burglars’ hideout, where they had left their loot packed in travel bags and plastic bags. A total of 69 bottles of alcoholic beverages were recovered. In this case, the 37-year-old had a different accomplice: a 44-year-old man. Both were charged.

All three men now face between one and as many as ten years in prison.
