The incident occurred on Thursday, September 17, at approximately 12:30 p.m., at an intersection in Ocice (Bolesławiec municipality). The 52-year-old woman driving a Citroën failed to yield the right of way to the 49-year-old woman, who was driving a Peugeot.
Three people were injured in the collision. The 49-year-old woman sustained the most serious injuries and was taken to hospital for examination.
Both drivers are residents of Bolesławiec County.
