On September 7–9, the General Command of the Armed Forces Branches Championships for groups 1–11 DKPanc in patrol running were held at the training facilities of 4pplot in Leszno. Plut. Kamil Makoś became the individual champion of the 11th Armoured Cavalry Division in patrol running. In addition, the team comprising plut. Kamil Makoś, senior private Jacek Bochnia and private Łukasz Klatka took 3rd place in the team classification.
During the same days, the General Command of the Armed Forces Branches Championships for groups 1–11 DKPanc in completing the Physical Fitness Course were held. The Regiment’s team (comprising senior private Radosław Pawlusiński, senior private Dawid Górski, private Mateusz Dubieniecki and private Filip Zagórski) took 4th place in the team classification.
On September 9–11, the General Command of the Armed Forces Branches Championships for groups 1–11 DKPanc in military rifle and military pistol shooting were held at the garrison shooting range in Krosno Odrzańskie. Following two days of competition, senior private Marcin Grześków became the individual champion of the 11th Armoured Cavalry Division in military rifle shooting.
The Regiment’s team, comprising senior private Marcin Grześków, senior private Patryk Cymbała, and senior private Maciej Mejer, won the silver medal in the Championships’ team classification. 1st place went to the team from the 4th Anti-Aircraft Regiment in Czerwieńsk, while 3rd place went to the 17th Wielkopolska Mechanized Brigade from Międzyrzecz.
The military pistol shooters finished on the lowest step of the podium. The team comprised Lieutenant Colonel Paweł Jędryczka, senior warrant officer Robert Mackało and junior warrant officer Paweł Kołodziej. The winners were soldiers from the 10th Armoured Cavalry Brigade in Świętoszów, while the team from the 17th Wielkopolska Mechanized Brigade in Międzyrzecz finished the competition in second place. 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment:
Our soldiers achieved exactly the same result as the team from Międzyrzecz in the two-day competition, and in accordance with the Championships regulations, the greater number of shots scoring “tens” decided second place in the final classification.
