Ten teams took part in the sporting competition, representing military units of the “Black Division” and units outside its chain of command. The main aim of the championships was to select the individual DG RSZ 1–11DKPanc champions in particular age categories and distances, as well as the best relay teams, thereby enabling soldiers to demonstrate their level of training.
