The incident took place in the Warta Bolesławiecka municipality during the night. Officers from the Bolesławiec traffic police stopped a passenger car for inspection. It turned out that a 29-year-old resident of our county was behind the wheel. A court had banned him from driving.
The 29-year-old was arrested. He could now face between three months and five years behind bars.
