There will be changes to traffic organization. Details below.
Police:
We appeal to everyone to exercise the utmost caution and ensure safety during the events.
Police checks to be conducted
Officers will conduct intensified inspection and preventive operations. Police officers from the prevention, traffic and criminal departments will watch over safety in pedestrian and vehicular traffic, as well as public order and security.
The uniformed officers will primarily check the speed at which drivers are traveling, their sobriety, the technical condition of vehicles and whether children are being transported in child seats.
Officers:
During these days, you should not travel around the city “on autopilot”; pay particular attention to road signs, including no-stopping signs and areas closed to traffic.
And they add:
Let us not forget to properly secure our belongings—before leaving, check that your house or apartment is locked. It is recommended that handbags, backpacks and similar items be closed and preferably turned toward the body. Proper supervision of children is also important—look after your children and do not take your eyes off them even for a moment.
