A car in a ditch between Tomaszów and Kruszyn; someone was overtaking a third vehicle, so the choice was: either a head-on collision or the ditch.
He added:
The suspected driver did not stop.

To avoid a collision with an unknown vehicle overtaking another car, the 22-year-old driver of a Škoda from Bolesławiec drove into a roadside ditch.
Bolesławiec police are investigating the case. Officers appeal for common sense and caution on the road.
