Professor Krzysztof Simon, head of the infectious diseases ward at the hospital on Koszarowa Street in Wrocław, is critical of the government's decision. He spoke to RadioZet:
Completely loosening the restrictions on such gatherings is idiotic, and I say that deliberately. Who made the decision to reverse things in this way? Who will be held responsible for it in this country? Here, there is no one responsible for wrong decisions.
Professor Simon believes that the epidemic will remain with us precisely because of the government's wrong political decisions.
