The incident occurred on Sunday, June 21, in the afternoon, on Generała Nila Street in Bolesławiec. Volunteer firefighters from Ocice:

We were dispatched to a petroleum-based substance spill in Bolesławiec, on Generała Augusta Emila Fieldorfa “Nila” Street, along national road No. 94.

Where did the spill come from?

As we read on the The Bad Bunzlauer:

Please publish a post so that the driver who hit the crash barriers today on Generała Nila Street, near the Kinderstacja kindergarten, reports voluntarily to the police, because there are witnesses who saw the entire incident, including his car being thrown out on the bend. Fortunately, he did not hit anyone, but he forgot to call the appropriate services, which would hold the culprit accountable for the damage caused, particularly for the unsecured fuel leaks. The perpetrator called a tow truck and vanished, exposing other drivers to danger because of the slippery surface left after the fuel spilled.

Besides the firefighters from Ocice and the firefighters from JRG Bolesławiec, the Bolesławiec police were also at the scene and are investigating the case.
