The incident occurred on Sunday, 17 May, in the evening, in Brzeźnik (Bolesławiec municipality). The driver of an Audi, a 32-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions, lost control of the vehicle and left the road on a bend. The car overturned.
Fortunately, neither the driver nor the passenger suffered any serious injuries. The 32-year-old was fined PLN 300.
