A district police officer from the Kruszyn Police Station, while patrolling the Bolesławiec municipality, noticed a vehicle driven by a man subject to a court ban. The 26-year-old resident of Bolesławiec was arrested.
The suspect, who breached a ban that was in force until September 2022, has already been charged. He now faces a sentence of between three months and five years in prison.
