The woman who died was a resident of Jelenia Góra, while the man came from Jelenia Góra County.

Around 50 people are currently hospitalized at the hospital in Bolesławiec, including 7 people in serious condition. Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in 20 people.

Since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, 6 people infected with the virus have died at the hospital in Bolesławiec.

Ministry of Health:

We have 212 new cases of #coronavirus infection, confirmed by positive laboratory test results.

The confirmed cases concern:

  • 42 people from the Greater Poland Voivodeship,
  • 14 people from the Łódź Voivodeship,
  • 12 people from the Podlaskie Voivodeship,
  • 11 people from the Lower Silesian Voivodeship,
  • 8 people from the Lesser Poland Voivodeship,
  • 7 people from the Silesian Voivodeship,
  • 7 people from the West Pomeranian Voivodeship,
  • 4 people from the Podkarpackie Voivodeship,
  • 4 people from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship,
  • 3 people from the Lubusz Voivodeship;
  • 1 person from the Lublin Voivodeship,
  • 1 person from the Opole Voivodeship.

At the same time, we regret to inform you of the deaths of 9 more people infected with the coronavirus. They are: an 88-year-old man hospitalized in Puławy, an 80-year-old man hospitalized in Racibórz, an 82-year-old woman hospitalized in Częstochowa, a 70-year-old man and a 74-year-old woman hospitalized in Bolesławiec, a 65-year-old man and a 97-year-old woman hospitalized in Warsaw, a 68-year-old man from the DPS in Niedabyl, and an 87-year-old woman hospitalized in Kędzierzyn-Koźle. All had comorbidities.
