There are currently 23 people staying at the infectious diseases hospital in Bolesławiec. Two people have confirmed coronavirus infections. One of them is from Jelenia Góra. As reported by 24jgora.pl, this is a 71-year-old PKS bus driver who was admitted to the hospital in Bolesławiec on 18 March.
The second person with a confirmed coronavirus infection is a resident of Opole Voivodeship. The 71-year-old patient from Jelenia Góra is in serious condition and is receiving intensive care. The resident of Opole Voivodeship feels well.
Two earlier coronavirus cases in Bolesławiec
As for the 40-year-old Danish citizen, who was admitted to the hospital in Bolesławiec on 11 March, she has already been discharged. She is to remain in home isolation for some time. The doctor from Zgorzelec is also under home quarantine.

The director of the Bolesławiec hospital is still awaiting test results. He previously had contact with a coronavirus-infected doctor from Zgorzelec. The results are expected by Saturday.
