The incident occurred on Tuesday, March 17, at approximately 5:30 a.m., on the road between Osiecznica and Parowa. The driver of a BMW, a 44-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions, left the roadway and ended up in a roadside ditch.
The man was traveling alone and was not seriously injured. He was cautioned.
